What this one reminds me of – possibly a result of the name “field of poppies” – is some opioid substance. Stare too long, and the red seeps in around the corners of your eye. Stare longer, and you might get a bloody nose. It's pleasant and surreal to see little glass bricks swarming all over the kitchen, where previously there was only a pale wall and a gap behind the counter. I only hope they can hold up to all the ketchup the place sees!
