Well, I guess we can kiss the frozen pizza count goodbye... This weekend we installed the kitchen countertop, sink, and plumbed the faucet together. This was good news to us, but also to our first-floor neighbor Bonnie, who has probably had enough of the dripping and banging coming from the sink area!
Anyway, it is a massively different world once there is running water in all the spots there should be. Not to mention electricity, heat, and a shower. This is almost civilized--now all we need is a quesadilla making machine.

What a difference hot and cold running water can make. Best thing since sliced bread!
